Save intelligently.

The default settings tried to save my first efforts in C:\Program Files\AbstractCurves\1.1\Icons where Windows didn't want to allow it. It would be better to default to a subfolder in Pictures. Also, it tried to save it as BMP even though it contained transparency.
Some intelligence in saving would be appreciated, esp by a novice like me.
